Blue Deviled Eggs
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 – 4 oz. Maytag Blue, to taste
- ½ C. mayonnaise
- 5 strips bacon, crumbled (optional)
- ½ tsp. dry mustard
- 2 T. fresh dill, chopped
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; set aside egg whites. In large bowl, mash yolks and blend in blue cheese, mayonnaise and mustard. Pipe or spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish with crumbled bacon or fresh dill. Refrigerate.
