Buffalo Blue Popcorn
- 1/2 cup Maytag Homegrown Popcorn
- 2 teaspoons buffalo sauce (or more, to taste)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 oz. crumbled Maytag Blue Cheese
Pop 1/2 cup of Maytag Homegrown popcorn using your popping method of choice. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add in the buffalo sauce and Maytag Blue cheese stirring constantly until melted. Immediately remove from heat and pour over popped corn. Toss to coat and serve warm. For extra blue cheese tang, add additional crumbles.
