Maytag Blue Cheese Coleslaw
- ½ cup crumbled Maytag Blue Cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup chopped parsley (curly or flat leaf)
- ¼ tsp celery salt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 cups of coleslaw mix
- ½ cup shredded carrot
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Whisk together Maytag Blue Cheese, mayo, buttermilk, parsley, celery salt, and vinegar until combined.
- Mix together coleslaw mix and carrot. Top with the Maytag Cheese dressing mixture. Stir to fully coat and combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Refrigerate to allow flavors to combine, 1 hour or more. Serve cold.
