Maytag Blue Cheese Olives
- 8 oz – Maytag Blue Cheese Wedge
- 1 ½ cups large pitted green olives, patted dry
- Heavy cream, if necessary
In an electric mixer, beat 8 oz Maytag Blue Cheese until fluffy. Add heavy cream if the mixture is too stiff. Spoon the mixture into a pastry bag with a small round tip. Pipe the blue cheese into each olive.
Note: You can also use a zip top bag. Simply fill the bag, seal and then snip a tip of the edge of the bag.
