Maytag Blue Cheese Olives

Ingredients
  • 8 oz – Maytag Blue Cheese Wedge
  • 1 ½ cups large pitted green olives, patted dry
  • Heavy cream, if necessary
Directions

In an electric mixer, beat 8 oz Maytag Blue Cheese until fluffy. Add heavy cream if the mixture is too stiff. Spoon the mixture into a pastry bag with a small round tip. Pipe the blue cheese into each olive.

Note: You can also use a zip top bag. Simply fill the bag, seal and then snip a tip of the edge of the bag.

    Who needs a pastry bag? Just snip a chunk off and stuff it in olive for the BEST blue cheese olive ever. Use a high quality olive brand I like Mezzeta, makes a big difference.
