Cranberry & Blue Turkey Quesadilla
CRANBERRY & BLUE TURKEY QUESADILLA
- 2 Flour Tortillas (10 inch)
- Roasted Turkey meat
- 4oz Maytag White Cheddar
- 4 oz Maytag Blue Cheese
- Cranberry Sauce
- Heat a nonstick skillet.
- Place turkey on one tortilla layering white cheddar, Maytag Blue Cheese and cranberries on top. Add more or less depending on taste.
- Place 2nd tortilla on top of meat and cheese.
- Place into skillet and cook over medium heat until tortilla is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before cutting into quarters.
